Buying and Refund Policy
Biscuit Brand equally offers a refund policy program where a customer would be able to return any product bought through the Biscuit Brand platform; if the customer is unsatisfied with the purchased product. When buying, we hold the money until the customer ticks ‘item is received intact.’ The buyer can return the product directly to the seller if there is an issue and we will then give a full refund once the seller alerts us.
Also, if the customers fail to receive their goods, they should first contact the seller, but if the case is unresolved, contact us immediately on email@example.com.
Just as a reminder, the goal and sole aim of setting up Biscuit Brand is to bring sellers and buyers of biscuits together and ensure that customers are satisfied and happy.
